Join us for the next series in our book discussion group as the library proudly hosts Let's Talk About It Oklahoma with a theme of The Oklahoma Experience: ReVisions, a look at the history of Oklahoma through the eyes of late 20th century authors.
Let's Talk About It Oklahoma is a program of Oklahoma Humanities with generous funding provided by Kirkpatrick Family Fund and the Inasmuch Foundation.
Financial Fitness Classes Offered
As you think about getting out of high school and heading to college, tech school, or your career, have you ever wondered how to set up a budget, a long-term financial plan or set financial goals? Only about 30% or people do. The library will be hosting a 6-week workshop series in Financial Fitness, open to teens and young adults, age 16-24. This series is made possible through a grant from Friends of Libraries in Oklahoma (FOLIO), Oklahoma Department of Libraries, and the FINRA Investor Education Foundation through a partnership with the American Library Association.
