The Blackwell Public library proudly serves Kay County. The library is located at the corner of West Padon Avenue and 1st Street.

Library hours are subject to change and the Library may close due to inclement weather.

Regular Library Hours

The Library is open the following times:

  • Monday- Thursday:  10 am to 6 pm
  • Friday:  10 am to 5 pm
  • Saturday: 10 am to 1 pm
