Come out on September 8th to the Top of Oklahoma Historical Museum and the Blackwell Public Library to celebrate Blackwell’s 125th birthday!  There will be lots of activities for all ages including cake & ice cream, kids’ games, bed races, a kid’s land run, a costume contest, and more!

Beginning at 10:30 AM, kids can come to the library and make a pool noodle horse to use in the land run and churn their own butter.  The picnic on the lawn starts at 11:00 AM.  There will be lots of kids games and prizes!  Available land plots will be staked out on the library lawn and the run starts at 12:30 PM.  Tour the museum, check out information on the land run at the library and pose for photos on the lawn.
